Bio I'm a little different from others on this site. Older for one, and other things. But I've encountered the same problems with family, friends, etc with them telling me what to do and how to eat.
I have a full time job as an engineer at a high tech company, but that is ok since my children are grown and have left the house. My spouse is very sweet and supportive of my whacky ways, so I can't get to upset when I'm pushed to eat more than I want. I try and live a healty lifestyle but I know I should get more exercise.
I love going out dancing, walking in the wild, tasting wine, etc. But I have to be careful or all my time will be focused on food, or maybe on not eating food.
